Project Details
This 20,200 SF building provides much needed space for the Law School in a renovated warehouse building one block away from the school’s main building, Sullivan Hall. The space includes an expanded home for the law clinic, classrooms, student lounge, and open office space for the student law review publication staff. The target LEED certification for the building is LEED Gold.
The building’s central hallway divides the space between the law clinic and the classrooms and opens up to the student lounge. Existing wood-planked ceilings are exposed, and public spaces are naturally lit with clerestory windows. A second floor addition receives natural light from both a new entry to the north and clerestory windows to the south.
