Project Details
The Bannock Street Project is located in Denver’s Golden Triangle (across the street from the Denver Art Museum, Sculpture Park and upcoming Clyfford Still Museum). OSKA is working with a local architect on master planning and two phases of development.
Phase 1) The Cherokee Street Project
Includes approximately 215,000 square feet of affordable housing and the development of a pedestrian alley and potential art walk that will eventually connect to development in Phase 2. Phase 1 is anticipated to be complete sometime in 2011.
Phase 2) The Bannock Street Project
Includes a 100-key boutique hotel, retail space, galleries, offices and condominiums. Phase 2 will total approximately 250,000 square feet.
