Project Details

This 28,000 SF mixed-use building will include parking, street-level retail, office space for the X-Sensor headquarters and a residential penthouse studio. OSKA is designing the building’s shell and core as well as the interior build-out of the office and residence. Concrete block will provide a raw aesthetic and interior commercial spaces will be open and flexible.
