Project Details
Transparency and an open work environment were key factors in the design of this office in Seattle’s historic Pioneer Square. Workstations are organized into “six-pack” clusters playing off the product’s – a premium malted beverage – packaging.
The rough palette of materials gives the office an industrial feel: floors and walls are partially clad in cold-rolled steel, the mechanical system is exposed, and workstations are constructed from MDF. Conference rooms are lined with cork for easy presentations. An eclectic mix of windows harkens back to the building’s previous incarnation as artists’ lofts.
