Project Details

We are currently developing a conceptual design for a multi-story mixed use project at the corner of 2nd Avenue and Pike Streets, Seattle. We will be designing the building with the goal of achieving a LEED gold certification, and are exploring strategies including green roofs, living walls, solar energy collection and wind power.
