Project Details
55 Bell Street is an urban in-fill project that merges industrial materials with ideas of contemporary refinement. The project includes street-level retail, two floors of office space and five floors of apartments (ranging from 2,500 – 5,000 square-feet) topping the building. Each apartment is designed with views of the Sound, the mountains and the sunset. High ceilings and open floor plans highlight the exposed concrete of the building’s structure and earth-friendly design features. Work on the project was developed through early conceptual planning.
