Project Details

Located in the West Chelsea neighborhood of New York City, this 11-story residential tower is designed to allow occupants the opportunity to interact with their surroundings. A concrete base establishes scale in context to the historic fabric of Chelsea, while a more expressive tower framework supports a system of translucent glass and solid louvered panels. The distribution of both fixed and operable panels allows the occupant to exercise their own desired level of environmental control and modulate their level of interaction with the city. The project is currently on hold.
